Media Relations

The corporation welcomes media inquiries. All media requests for data, documents, images and/or publications must be presented to the corporation in written form; either by hand delivery, U,S, Mail or by email. The following information applies:

Requests for all materials and/or information must include, but are in no way limited to:

the business name of requesting media entity; and,
the legal name of the requesting person or persons; and,
all pertinent contact information; and,
the nature of request, clearly described with specificity; and,
a fully executed and sworn notarized agreement stipulating that the requesting entity shall neither misrepresent, take out of context, nor in any other manner act to create a false public perception, whether by stating untruths or by omission of pertinent facts, under penalty of civil prosecution.

Any media entity that abuses the trust of the corporation shall never again be provided with any communication of data of any nature by any director, staff member, employee nor volunteer of the corporation.
